What it does
Geofenced crew timesheets
Plow crews and laborers clock in from their phones, geofenced to the yard or the job site. Punches taken in a dead zone are saved on the phone and sync later, not lost. Any that reach Milepost more than 10 minutes after they were taken are flagged as sent late.
Plow & dump cost per hour
Every truck's fully-burdened cost per hour on one page, so when the board asks what a truck costs to run, the number is already there.
DVIR pre-trips
Pre-trip inspections from the cab, tied to the vehicle and the driver, on a checklist you set. The DOT annual sticker can be one of its steps.
CHIPS-eligible hours
Mark CHIPS-eligible work at clock-in and see the labor hours totaled on the Board report, so nothing gets rebuilt in the spring.
Fund & line coding
Hours come out coded to the fund and budget line as they’re worked, not reconstructed at month-end.
Loaner & asset desk
